Brown spent Thanksgiving with his father at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Errol Brown In Kanab. The Browns live in Provo. Mr. feneb Jgv;o Jot; and Current Events By Joyce Cram Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Button ..and sons of Escalante, Utah, spent Thanksgiving with his brother, Kelvert and family. George Holland spent Thanksgiving holiday in Kanab with his wife and son, Roger, from his employment in Arizona: Mr. and Mrs. Sylvan Johnson and girls, Leslie and Jean, spent Friday in Cedar City on business. Ora Eatough spent Thanksgiving in American Fork with her son Watson. and family. Miss Marelda Black went to Salt Lake City to spend Thanksgiving with her brother Slell, and neice, Gayle Stewart and family. Major, and brother, Frank. and family. Many smiling students' faces were seen In Kanab over Thanksgiving weekend. We were happy to see so many students home. They were: Judi Hollingsworth, Lon Riggs and Mr. and Mrs. Claude M. Glazier were home from Utah State University. Kara Lee Heaton and Robert Hamblin were home from their studies at the University of Mr. Utah. Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Beard. Mr. and .Mrs. Paul Applegate and son from Winnamucca, Nevada, were in Kanab visiting his parents, the Lew Applegates over the Thanksgiving weekend. Were happy to see Jay Findlay and Kim Ford home after Serving honorable missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints (Mormons). Wayne Heaton has been in Kanab visiting his parents the past few weeks. They were Lynda and Roger Smith, Pat Dame, Diane Lewis, Joyce Cram, Don McAllister! Paul Atwater, Lyn Riggs, Steve Heaton, and Jim Robinson. Students from Dixie College were Burton Honey, David Lit- tie, Bruce Bunting, Norman Johnson and Gene Drake. Leslie Pugh, Treasurer. We, the officers and our wives, are going to work diligently, faithfully and willingly in spending our time and talents to insure all our members and dancing friends of joyous times long to be remembered. Our Burton Banks, well known throughout Southern Arizona and Nevada as one f the best " and 'aachars' on our staff to teach square U-ta- h, dancing. Also our Bill Terrel, a talented young caller, is on our staff. Della Pugh and Afton Jame-sd- n are qualified teachers in round dancing and are also on Mr. and. Mrs. Bill Webb of Salt Lake' City visited at the 1 1 1 fi any students who were home college. Were very proud of them, and were always hap- py to have them come home to visit us. and Mrs. David Ogden were home visiting their par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Ogden Mr. our staff as teachers.
