Stockmen from the eastern part of District 11, around the Escalante, Tropic, Boulder area, brought out points for discussion wherein they feel that they are being discriminated against Tn the use of unnecessary taglng of animals, building and use of corrals, and unnecessary handling of cattle going on and coming off public lands that cause loss to cattlemen in weight gains and sometimes death loss. In .the lengthy discussions, that ran from 730 until after ten p.m., Mr. Gipe, Mr. Woolf and Mr. Nielsen, brought out many points in the program of administering public lands and their use, that should help to clear up many of the misunderstandings and possibly bring the users of the lands and the administrators , of them together. .
