Second Summer Festival Offering on July 7 The 19th annual University of Utah Summer Festival is taking on For quite a different appearance. the first time the productions will be held indoors, in the Pioneer Memorial Theatre. There will be three productions instead of two. Beginning with the opera "Barber of Seville, a drama "You Cant Take It With You and concluding with a ballet. .The University of Utah Summer Festival presents the second, in this series of three outstanding produc tions, "You Cant Take It With You. Beginning July 7th through the 16th This Pulitzer Prize winning play, written by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart, was first performed in New York in 1936 and was an enor mous success, playing some 837 Ron mm 'vrformances. Leon Ames, a familiar face to stage, screen and television will star, playing the role of Grandpa Vanderhof. Mr Ames is no less familiar to Salt Lake His wife, the former Christine Gossett, was a former resident and attended the University of Utah. "You Cant Take It With You will be directed by Dr Keith M. Engar, theatre executive director, and prom ic es to be a delightful evenings en tertainment. A quick synopsis of the plot, Martin Vanderhof (Grandpa) stopped Wrk thirty five years ago, everyone n the house enjoys complete freedom.
