The department suggests that there be only eight to 10 players on a team and requires that an adult coach each club. - ' ' ' Leagues will be formed for each grade, fourth through ninth, and a league consisting of 10th, 11th and 12th graders will also be organized. Elementary school students should stay within their school areas and this is also suggested for the seventh through the ninth grades.
