I 1 EMERY COUNTY FARM ERS ASKED TO RESPOND to the question of holding an where and when cisper Robert bon president of thi defunct emery county farmers ansti tute has taken upon his shoji ders the task of working up a sentiment senti nent foi the holding of a farmers institute in this county early next year on one of the two plans offered by ane agricultural collie faculty the progress last week publish ed the plans of a six day farmers school for men and women tee of fifty members must b given and for which a 1 entrance fee will be charged the college also offers a two day meeting and this plan mi rob r t son most favors the advantage to the farmers of either one of the proposed meetings needs no airing in columns at this time the good results of two other such meet ings held here in the past four years are i et apparent but still there is ver much more that our far ers need to know for the experiments m agriculture hort and other matters fn which farm ers are vitally interested are many and progress all su h lines has crowned the work of the cultural colleges mr robertson ought t be given en coura gement and aid in his efforts to secure either a six day or a two day in statute and respectfully requests that any and all farmers throughout the anty write him concerning this matter I 1 and give expression to then choice of in statutes and where and when same should be held it would re a great deal of time and ome expense for him or secretary oliphant to write all the farm ers it is desired to hear from hence notice is agn en in this way and it is hoped that a prompt and ready response will be given write shop robertson at once
