County, State of to-w- it: Vice-Preside- nt PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PRICE CITY RESIDENTS Price City has been experiencing problems with some of its residents depositing waste and debris in the parkway fronting their homes in anticipation that City crews will remove the material. The City has insufficient funds to pay for this high level of public service. However, a special clean-u- p program has been scheduled for the week of April 2nd through April 13th. During this time the City will allow residents to place reasonable amounts of material in the parkway and will be removed by City crews in order to encourage residents to keep our city clean and well-kep- t. Except for time periods described above, it is unlawful to place debris, waste, or litter on the public parkway. Current ordinance 1358-8- 3 provides penalties such as fines for those who violate this law. We ask for your support with your Citys clean-u-p program and efforts to make Price a better community.
