The museum is still conducting its Buy A Bone fundraising project to acquire and assemble a Stegosaurus dinosaur. Names of contributors to the project will become part of the permanent dinosaur display. Larry v ; O 1 i -- . ii Youngsters learn to save their vision Watching Saturday morning cartoons or observing a baby play is something youngsters might take for granted. The Carbon County Optometric Society held a poster contest at Reeves Elementary School as part of Save Your Vision Month to help children learn to appreciate their eyes. According to Dr. Barry P. Cook, the society wanted children to realize ways they can help save their vision throughout life. Children at v y Reeves were asked to draw posters with their suggestions. Tony Antillon, second grade, took first place in the poster contest. Other winners included Jailene Noone and Philip Perez, first graders; Kelli Williams, Martha Munoz and Scotty Donaldson, second graders; and Brandi Potter, Angela Hindley, Michael Walker Christopher graders.
