New judge takes post in Helper HELPER Wayne Dimick, a lifelong resident of Helper except for four years he spent in Kenilworth, has been appointed for the justice-of-the-pea- Helper court. Justice Morgan Riche, who had served for the past several years, resigned because of poor health. Dimick works for the Carbon County School District as a custodian at the Wellington Elementary School. He has been a Helper fireman for the past 14 years, an EMT with the rescue unit of the Helper fire department for the past six years and has had a lifelong interest in law enforcement.
