Only one concession will be allowed to operate at one time and hours for operation and some other rules may be imposed by the city. Operation of the Bonnie Lounge is subject to approval by the chief of police. Councilmen denied a request from Frank Dalpiaz for the city to sponsor a team in the upcoming golf tournament to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Because of a tight budget, a policy was adopted earlier to give financial support only to the Kiwanis Fourth of July fireworks display at Carbon County fairgrounds and to the Butch Cassiday Days, International Days and the Labor . Day celebrations. $245. Interment charges were raised from $90 to $150 on weekdays and from $140 to $175 . on Saturdays and holidays. The non resident fee for weekday Interment is $175 and for Saturdays and holidays $225.' A new category cremalns specifies charges for interment of remains from cremation. The charge will be $50 on weekdays and $100 on Saturdays and holidays. The fee is $85 weekdays and $170 on Saturdays and . non-resi- dent holidays. Although it is a service rarely provided, a fee schedule was set for exhumation and reinterment in Mountain View Cemetery. Another fee was also set for transfer to another cemetery. Other resolutions were ' adoped outlining the procedure for discontinuing electrical of service for utility bills and for fees for non-pay- ment concession licenses in city owned parks and recreational facilities. Utility bills not paid by the 15th of the month following the mailing of the bill, will become delinquent and customers will be sent a delinquent notice. A final notice will be mailed on the 2nd day of the following month. Service will be discontinued to those who have not paid by the 5th day of that month. One 30 day extension may be granted upon request to anyone whose bill totals less than $300. Fees for a concession license ry .ry County i lowered. School district Business Manager Bill Jewkes said he has received formulae from the State Tax Commission on how to lower the revenues, but until the assessed valuation figures are received, he said he is not sure what effect the requirements will have on the districts mill levy. Semkeii pointed out the state law dictates an increase of no more than 10 percent per year in the mill levy.
