Opening the convention tomorrow afternoon will be Cary Trevanovich, professional pantomime artist from Los Angeles. He will perform and also present a workshop on the art of pantomime. A Funny Thing Happened On The will be Way To The Forum presented at 8 p.m. by students from Mountain View high school in Orem. Saturday mornings activities will include a variety of workshops, including another workshop session conducted by Mr. Trevanovich. Freeing the Voice for Musical Theater will be offered by Karen Miller of the University of Utah. A class in staging combat scenes will be directed by Alex Nibley, fight director for Promised Valley Theaters current production of The Three Musketeers. LEGAL SECRETARIES: Christine Waters, director of the Rape Crisis Center, will be the guest speaker at the Feb. meeting of the Salt Lake Legal Secretaries Assn. The number of veterans attending the college has leveled off, following several years of gradual decline. The single most popular program at the college in terms of numbers of students attending, is business management. Many students are taking general education classes to prepare themselves for the future. Other high enrollment areas are accounting, commercial art, electricity, data processing and electronic technology.
