The Senior Citizen Center here will hold its annual Christmas party on Dec. 21. Kathy Kinney, director, said all regular activities will be offered next week at the facility and lunch will be served each day at noon. This weeks menu will offer pork cutlet with gravy and parsleyed potatoes on Monday; chili and Scandinavian vegetables on Tuesday; hunters chicken with mashed potatoes on Wednesday; meat balls and mashed potatoes on Thursday. The Christmas dinner will consist of cranberry cocktail, roast beef and mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, gelatin salad, carrot cake and a roll with a beverage. The West Side Dancers will provide entertain- ment. All meals are $1.25 for those over 60 and $3 for those who are age above that age. Reservations must be made one day in advance by calling allowed to buy the clothes and dress them if that is what they prefer. All the dolls will be distributed to charitable organizations, such as Hartvigsen School and Jordan Valley School in the Salt Lake Valley. Personnel at each of the schools then see that the dolls find their ways into the proper homes prior to Christmas morning. The annual project, according to Reece Merrill, personnel manager for ZCMI stores, brings to life the Christmas spirit in the stores employes, doing as much for them as for the youngsters who receive the dolls. At ZCMIs store in Valley Fair Mall, about four dozen dolls have been outfitted by employes for thei annual project, according to Bill Coles, manager. Sandra Merrill has coordinated the project at the Valley Fair store. The dolls have been put on display in the window near the south entrance. Cpl. Ron Wall said parking on the street is prohibited from November to April, between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. He explained that the ordinance is for the purpose of snow removal on the roads in the early morning hours, adding that it is also illegal to park in excess of 21 hours anytime.
