The decision to locate the new facility was described as timely by John A. Dahlstrom, chairman of the board for the Tracy-Collin- s firm, citing growth of population in recent years. Bank officials described their new building as energy efficient, noting the clerestory windows for heat and light on the south side, but no exposed windows facing west. Four drive-u- p teller windows are in use, with the design alowing for expansion to seven.
