Dr. Wayne B. Ringer, administra- tor of energy and engineering at Utah State University, will address the subject of heating water on March 22 and space heating on April 19. Both sessions will begin at 7 p.m. Rising energy costs and availability of some forms of energy are creating increased attention to the possibility of utilizing energy from the sun, and the application of solar design has become a matter of intense interest to many, a spokesman for the program said. The federal government and the State of Utah are both offering tax incentives which, when combined, can reimburse a homeowner for as much as 50 percent of the cost of a solar system, she said. Dr. Ringer will discuss the pros and cons of use of solar energy, with the possibility of setting up a two-da- y workshop for the purpose of putting together a solar water heater from a kit. Stansbury elementary will hold kindergarten registration from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on March 28. A short program will be presented at 10 oclock by this years kindergarten students. Children must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1 to school year, a register for the 1983-8school spokesman said. An additional registration session will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on April 6, but no program will be presented at that session. In order to complete registration, a birth certificate, complete immunization records, a health and dental examination form and completed registration card must be filed at the school before students may be enrolled in the fall. Health and immunization record forms may be picked up at the 4 school prior to date of registration. Utah birth certificates may be obtained from the State Dept, of Vital Statistics, 610 So. 200 East. The departments phone number is ext. 253. Growing Toward God will be the subject of the Lenten study which will continue Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at Westvale Presbyterian church. The focus of the message, to be presented by Rev. Milton Ensley, will be on the Gospel of John. The study is open to everyone. A final fund-raiswill be held Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the home of Carol Livengood. Proceeds will be used to purchase items for the church nursery. The womens association circle Bible study will be held on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in the home of Barbara Alexander. Rev.
