Dr. Art Brown has a doctorate m marriage and family counseling from BYU and has been a practicing psychologist since 1981, with emphasis on the family involving abuse. Dr. Craig Brown is director of Granite Mental Health intensive treatment unit and is on the staff of the University of Utah drug and alcohol school. Scott is in charge of the juvenile division, West Valley City Police Dept., while Mrs. Miller is an ' elementary guidance counselor at Pioneer and Lake Ridge schools, with a masters degree in social work. Each speaker will present a program from 7 to 7:45 and from 8 to 8:45. Parents will be invited to select two of the discussions, or may divide and attend two each, said PTA president Etsuko Freeman. There will be a question and answer period for all four speakers, she added. The program is designed for parents information and we encourage all our parents to support it, said Mrs. Freeman. It is strictly on an adult level and we recommend that parents do not bring their children with them on this occasion, she said.
