The 25th anniversary of the Granite Youth Symphony is being observed this year with several public and school concerts being planned. Organized during the 1957-5- 8 school year, it is the oldest continuing youth symphony in Utah and one of the oldest in the nation. Culminating the 25th anniversary year will be a grand finale concert in with former members and directors April, being invited to par- ticipate. symphony has performed concerts in The major cities in 20 states and in six national parks.
