Show 4B Gamma Elects New Officer Slate Xi WEST VALLEY view Thursday, May 21, 1981 Jeana Peterson - Lee Clark Speak Vows In LDS Jeana Peterson became the bride of Lee Anderson Clark in a double-rinceremony performed May 1 in the Salt Lake LDS Tem- XI GAMMA, a Preceptor Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority, held its annual election of officers. The setting was Poor Richards. Officers for the 1981-8- 2 year include Jean (Mrs. Douglas) Carl-sepresident; Grace (Mrs. Nick) g ple. Temple chel and Tami Clark. Elaine DeWitt was the matron of honor, while flower girls were Lisa and Christi Ferney. Wini Challis attended the guest book. Lillian Barich, Walter, treasurer; Eudene (Mrs. Dale) Thompson, secretary. Shirley (Mrs. Lynn) Shafer, is extension ofthe ficer. Outgoing president is Gladys (Mrs. E. E. Gene) Lehenbauer. XI Gamma Chapter has twenty six members, four are currently from the Murray area. They include Merlynn Olsen, 273 vice-presiden- t; newly-electe- d Vagabond Drive, Doris Orlob, 5862 Sanford Drive, Syble Risley, 5302 South 9th East, and Mrs. Evie Bruner, 619 East 3990 South. The Chapters birthday was celebrated by a Secret Sister Revelation. The yellow rose is the Sororitys flower and the setting for the dinner was decorated in accordance with the flower. Selected as the theme for the coming years activities is Circle The World With Roses The International Beta Sigma Phi Endowment Fund is responsible for the following funds, along with numerous others: cancer re- search, $10,000 per year; Girlstown (Texas) $1,200 monthly since 1953, scholarships in Canada, polio funds, and the cystic fibrose fund. Jeri Lynne Knight Jeri Knight , Terry Johnson Mr. and Mrs. James A. Knight of Taylorsville are announcing the engagement of their daughter Jeri Lynne to Terry L. Johnson. Terry is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leigh Johnson of West Valley. He is a current student at Utah State University where he is a graduate student and a graduate assistant Miss Shellie Peterson Is Now New Mrs. Robbie K. Dimick performed on May 2 and a reception at the Shalamar followed the rites. Dimick of Magna and is a Cyprus high graduate. The newlyweds will honeymoon in Park City and will then make their home in West Valley.
