ORDER BLANK The war situation between Iran and Iraq may soon complicate money problems of the Iranian students at Weber State College, Anthony Spanos, international student adviser at WSC, said today. Money until now has been flowing quite freely through channels set up by the Iranian government, but a continuation of the conflict could soon mean a severe tightening up or even cutting off of funds to the students, Mr. Spanos said. Iranian students get their money for schooling here on a quarterly basis, and most don't have reserve amounts to tide them over for any extended period at the end of the present quarter. ; WSC still has between 150 and 170 Iranian students despite the international situation and the setting of a quota of 75 Iranians last spring by the WSC ad ministration. That quota was to be reached by attrition, however, and there was a considerable influx of Iranian students just before it went into effect, Mr. Spanos said. If there had been no quota, the Iranian student enrollment for the fall quarter might easily have gone above 200, he said. Most of the new enrollees would come from those completing their high school braining in the area. Next spring Weber State could lose as many as 100 Iranian students through graduation and other processes. WSC has only one lraqui.tudent, Mr. Spanos said, and he has been and appears still to be on friendly terms with the Iranian students. - (WRITE YOUR AD HERE - ONE WORD ON EACH LINE) ww ana I I V.ERiYATHURSDAM I I I I iTH UAKESIDE I NOW YOU CAN REACH 29,000 HOMES EACH WEEK WITH YOUR PERSONAL CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENT! 25 Words Or Less For Only War Complicates Cash Problem i : I I I I I I I CLASSIFIED FAMILY WANT AD ... A mini pumper has been added to the five trucks and one van serving this community. The mini pumper has a number of advantages over the larger type fire truck, said City Manager Gayle L. Starks. . One of the advantages he said is 80 to 90 percent of the calls can be handled by this smaller truck. The bigger trucks dont have to be taken out which cuts the costs for the fire department. 1980 Hispanic for Utah. given by the firnrlnnto FLIGHT ENGINEER Allan N.
