Elder Lawrence Welling, a Regional Representative of the Twelve, will preside. Meetings will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a priesthood leadership session. Those to attend include stake presidency, high council, quorum bishoprics, presidencies, group leaders and secretaries, Sunday school presidencies, Young Mens presidencies and secretaries. A second session is planned from 9 to 10:30a.m. Those to attend are the stake school superintendent and was president of the Kaysville Utah East quorum bishoprics, presidency, presidencies, group leaders and secretaries, stake and ward clerks and auxiliary officers, stake patriarch and all members of the stake 18 and older. ROY The Roy 18th LDS Ward will honor an outgoing bishopric at a budget dinner Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the ward chapel, 4900 S. 2000 W. Friends and former ward members have been invited to honor Bishop William Reese and his counselors, Howard Stahle and Paul Croft. Entertainment is planned, and a table will be set up to accept contributions to the ward budget. Members of the KAYSVILLE ; Kaysville Utah Crestwood LDS Stake sustained a new. stake presidency Sunday. Duane B. Gerrard was named stake president, with David E.1 Bean, first counselor and W. Howard Hawkes, second counselor. Former stake president, Eldean Holliday, was released from the position to take over duties as a regional representative for the church in the Ogden area. Carnival Set For Halloween ' NEW BISHOPRIC in the South Weber 3rd Ward includes, from left, Ernest Miller, first counselor; Bishop Michael A haunted house CLEARFIELD will be held at .the Clearfield Community Church, 200 S. 500 E. on Oct. 30 and 31 from 7 to 10 p.m. The haunted house is being sponsored by the churchs junior, senior high and Guild Girls. There will be a carnival held in conjunction with the haunted house for younger children to attend. The event will cost $1.50 per person for those without costumes and $1 for those wearing costumes. Jay G. Page and his wife, Norene, and their family will present vocal and instrumental numbers consisting of memory, filk, and love songs and also original numbers. They will also give short talks. The first senior citizens one hour program on Oct. 13 was received with enthusiasm by more than 200 people.
