Mills Jr. chose Steven V. Carver as his first counselor and Joseph E. Gertge as his second counselor. Mills is employed at Clearfield High School as a German and U.S. History teacher and soccer coach. He lives with his wife Krystal at 577 W. 1580 N. Clinton.
