Show '" T 1 Emery County Progress Castle Dale, Utah Tuesday August 6,2002 1B WEDDINGS Adam Ewell Sheila Powell Anya Jean Powell Brody Jack LeRoy Adam Ewell and Sheila Powell were married on Aug. 3 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. An open house will be held on Aug. 9 from 6.30-8.3- 0 p.m. at the residence of the grooms parents, 110 West 500 South, Ferron. Parents of the bride are Tanya Short and Brad Powell. Parents of the groom are Jeff and Gayle Zachary and Debbie Powell announce the marriage of their daughter, Anya Jean to Brody Jack, son of Kelly and Ronda LeRoy. The couple will be married on Aug. 10 in the Salt Lake Temple. A reception will be held that evening at the Huntington Stake Center, 215 North Ewell. Anya graduated from the College of Eastern Utah in May with an applied science degree in information processing. Brody recently served in the Toronto East Mission for the Church of Jesus Saints and is now attending Christ of Latter-da- y school at CEU. The couple will reside in Price where they both are employed. Main, from Adam and Sheila are both 1996 graduates of Emery High School. They served full time missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. Adam served in the Florida, Ft. I 4 i Jodie Fielder Jordan Oyler Jodie Lee Fielder and Jordan Ted Oyler have chosen to be married in the Manti LDS Temple on Aug. 10. A reception to celebrate their happiness will be held that evening from p m. at the Orangeville LDS Church. They will also be having an open house the following Saturday at the Oyler residence in Tremonton, located at 624 North 100 East, from p m. Jordan is the son of Ted Dee and Diana Marie Oyler. He graduated from Bear River High School and then attended CEU on a baseball scholarship. After one season, he took two years off to serve a LDS mission in England. When he returned home he completed his second baseball season at CEU. Jodie is the daughter of Dixie and James Lee Fielder. She graduated from Emery High School and then began taking classes at CEU. She met Jordan at CEU when he returned from his mission. They graduated together from CEU and will begin their married life in Salt Lake City where they will both be attending the University of Utah. Jessie Rogers Shawn Ward 8-- Mick and Laurie Rogers announce the marriage of their daughter, Jessie Lee to Shawn Duane Ward, son of Sherrel and DeeAnne Ward of Cleveland. The couple will be married Aug. 9. A garden reception will be held for family and friends to honor the couple that evening from 9 p m. at the home of the brides parents, 150 East 500 South, Orangeville. Jessie and Shawn are 2000 graduates of Emery High. The couple will make their home in Price. 7-- ' 4 i ' su Hailey Orgill Kirk Cox Angela Konakis Skip Rice i 1k r ' ar Kirk and Hailey have chosen to be married in the Salt Lake Temple on August 9. A reception will be held in their honor on Aug 10 from 9 p m. at the Orangeville 3rd Ward Chapel, 165 West 800 North, Castle Dale. Kirk is the son of Duane and Laura Cox of Huntington. Hailey is the daughter of Brad and Nancy Orgill of Orangeville. Hailey and Kirk are graduates of Emery High School. Kirk served a LDS Mission to Spokane, Institute President in Wash., and as 2001-200- 2 Price. Hailey served on the Institute Council and is a 2002 graduate of the College of Eastern Utah. The couple will make their home in Price. Angelo and Pam Konakis announce the marriage of their daughter, Angela Konakis to Skip Rice, son of Tom and Margi Rice. The couple will be married on Aug. 10 at Price Chapel Christian and Missionary Alliance. A reception will be held in the newlyw'eds honor at the Greenwell Inn and Convention Center. Skip is a graduate of Carbon High and Utah Valley State College with a degree in structural drafting and surveying Angela is a graduate of 7-- Carbon High. The couple will make their home in Logan. 95th BIRTHDAY Society Items are due to the Albert Medina Albert Medina celebrated his 95th Birthday on July 31. Albert was born in New Invitations Mexico. He came to Price in 1 939 and married Annie C. Arrellno on Oct. 14, 1940 and together Stylart & Carlson Craft Wedding Invitations and Accessories Off 15 Progress by Thursday at 5 p.m. they raised nine children and had numerous grandchildren He and worked in coal mines and retired in 1974 from Castle Gate.
