Show DAVIS COUNTY CLIPPER, MARCH 14, 1984 Mandarin Chicken With Feathe Sour Cream Rolls fresh mushrooms or a can of By KATHRYN JENNINGS drained mushrooms, with almonds as desired and catsup, according to taste. Simmer all a few minutes longer until all is well heated. Margaret. Kathryn Wyatt McOmber and Kate have prepared a platter of mandarin thicken and luscious feathery sour cream rolls. The chicken has a sweet sour sauce, in which the chicken is simmered after each piece has been fried until done. THIS CHICKEN recipe might be nice for a luncheon with a salad and the sourcream rolls, a beverage and a light dessert. The rolls are frosted so are best to use as a sweet roll. DAVID Whiting, Horticul-- ; tural agent, says current peratures under the prolonged snow cover is creating ideal conditions for the development of snow mold on lawns. Fungicide treatments for this disease have to be applied in the fall. The severity of Snow Mold now can be reduced only by snow removal. If you have spots of snow mold, rake the dead grass off. It usually doesn't kill the grass crowns and the grass will regrow slowly. LAWNS SHOULD be fertilized when the snow melts. Do not fertilize over the top of the snow. The fertilizer will dissolve but it does not move into the root system so you run the risk of burning the grass blade. & Reason j&axu S'DRIM'S MESSEM'fE'R Farmington Building Report Walter K.
