Robison likes to make chocolate cake from scratch, moist and chocolaty and it is frosted with a special type of frosting. She says to serve the cake, still warm with her homemade ice cream, which could be freezing while the cake is baking. SHE HAS also given the ice cream recipe and her favorite potato salad. She uses the electric freezer for the ice cream, so it is easy to have cake and ice cream ready at the same Y ORES ON tsp. vanilla cup chopped nuts cup shredded coconut MIX MARGARINE, buttermilk and cocoa and bring to a good boil. Pour over the package of powdered sugar which is in a mixing bowl, add the vanilla and beat with mixer until smooth. Add nuts and coconut, stirring well and spread over warm cake. Robison serves homemade ice cream with her buttermilk chocolate cake, providing an excellent summer dessert. An original potato salad is another favorite of the Robison family and friends. Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, parsley and celery salt, then pour this mixture over the potatoes, celery, onions and eggs and toss gently to coat potatoes evenly. Top with a few slices of boiled egg and sprinkle lightly with paprika and a little black pepper. COVER AND chill for an hour or more before serving. Enough for 6 servings. Add milk, cook slowly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes. Pour into a casserole dish and top with the grated cheese. Bake in 350 der gree oven for 30 minutes.
