CENTRAL DAVIS ROYALTY Miss Central Davis Area Royality will be reigning over the July 24th celebration and activities in Kaysville. PAM Whitehouse, Queen, and her attendants, Julie Tees-lin- k and Susan Jackson, will be the center of attraction in the big holiday parade scheduled from p.m. along with many other interesting and fun en4-- 5 ONE OF the featured events will be the Big Wheel Race at 1 p.m. along with the many other scheduled day long activities which run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be many concession stands with goodies for the hearty appetite as well as cold refreshing drinks. Ball and soccer games and all types festivities THE will be for all ages according to James Wright and Craig Quist, chairmen. The Jaycees will begin the holiday with an early morning chuck-wago- n breakfast at the city bowery back of city hall being served from 1 a.m. DAY-LON- of competitive activities are on the agenda. AT 7 P.M. at the Davis High School stadium will be a special program featuring the presentation of the Queen and her attendants along with other numbers of entertainment. Everyone will want to attend the big firework display An award from the Utah Highway Patrol for the quality of its fleet of school buses has been received by the Davis County School District. LT. HOWARD E. Cooper presented the award and plaque to Dr. Lawrence E. Welling in recognition of outstanding maintenance performance from the fall of 1981 to the spring of 1982. Lt. Cooper stated, Davis District has done an outstanding job toward insuring the safety of our school children. THE UTAH Highway Patrol inspects all school buses once a year and to qualify, the district had to have no more than one defect for every 20 school buses inspected.
