Show i i WEEKLY REFLEX-DA- NEWS JOURNAL, NORTH DAVIS LEADER, JULY VIS 1, 1982 Group Enjoys Overseas Tour Kaysville Robert and Barbara Iverson and their son, Brad, and her two sisters, Mrs. Jane Green and Mrs. Helen Barber, returned from a 17 day overseas tour. They accompanied a group of SO persons on the Murdock Auxiliary Tour visiting Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Holland and returning to London, England and home. They visited the same countries as the Salt Lake LDS Zabemacle Choir and also attended five of the concerts presented by the choir in various countries. THE HIGHLIGHT of the trip was being met in Finland at the boat dock by Maija Hannu-la- , her husband and two children. Maija stayed with the Iversons during the 1974 school year where she attended Davis High School on the AFS exchange program. The Iversons also met her parents and were guests in both of their homes for two days while in Finland, np MR. AND MRS. DAVID J. COWAN Repeat Vows MR. AND MRS. KEITH A. Cowan were married June 17, 1982 in the Lion House with Bishop Grant L. Christian officiating. ELDER JOHANSEN To Serve Mission John Johansen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johansen of Kaysville, has accepted a mission call to the California Oakland LDS Mission. He will enter the MTC on July 8. His farewell was held June 13 in the Kaysville 19th Ward. JOHN GRADUATED from the Christian American School and attended Ricks College at Rexburg, Ida. for two years where he was an honor student. He has attended BYU majoring in electrical engineering. While at BYU he took second place in the fencing sport and won a trip to Washington, D.C. to compete nationally. John is also an Eagle Scout, np Dennis Cowan served as best man with Wes Sorenson, Clinton Osborne, Brian King, Kevan King and Randy Rhoades as the ushers. THE BRIDE chose a white georgette gown.
