Utah, at 7:00 P.M.: for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed amendments to three Davis County Hoard of Health Regulations dealing with the control of scavenger and salvage operations. wastewater disposal, and open buring control. It is proposed that all three regulations be amended to relied the current Utah State Health Code as adopted by the 1981 Legislature. It is proposed that the set fees enumerated in the Salvage and Scavenger Operation Regulation and the Wastewater Disposal Regulation be deleted and allowing the Board of Health to set a fee schedule by resolution as it deems appropriate. In addition, it is proposed that the Code of Open Burning Regulations be specifically amended to include the following: DEFINITIONS: "Agricultural Burning: A minimum of two (2) acres must be in agricultural use. except that the burning of ...... trimmings from 10 or more fi uit or nut trees is agricultural burning." "Recreational Fires: Recreational fires are campfires or other fires used solely for recreational purposes which can be safely confined to a fire ring no larger than 8 feet in diameter and are continuously under the supervision of a responsible person.
