Bly Jr., son of Charles E. and Helen F. Bly of Clearfield, has reenlisted in the U.S. Air Force at Norton AFB, Calif., aftereight years of military service. with the 63rd Security Police Squadron, is a 1974 graduate of Clearfield High School.
