PALLBEARERS were all grandsons of Mr. Beazer. William H. (Bill) Child gave the dedication of the grave prayer and the Syracuse Second Ward was in charge of the flowers and food. Lindquists Kaysville Mortuary were the funeral directors. Interment in the Syracuse Cemetery. ROY C. BEAZER Ro Cook Beazer, 69, of 3187 W. 2700 S Sracuse, died Sept. 19 at the Davis North Medical Hospital. He was born June 18. 1912 the son of llliam E. and Emma Cook Beazer. He married Audrey 1931 inTremon-ton- , L't. Their marriage was later solmnized in the Salt Lake DaltonJune9, LDS Temple. A LIFE-lon- g resident of Syracuse, he was educated in Davis County schools and Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Jeanette Brough. Mrs. Nielson was a former club member. Eliza Ellen King Bennett. She was married to Lloyd Willard (Tine) Bergeron April 25, 1947 in Elko, Nev. SHE W AS a lifelong resident of Kaysville and attended Davis County Schools. She was a member of the Kaysville 8th LDS Ward. Surviving are her husband 0. (Dean) Smith, Mrs. H. J. (Erma)1 Payne, Ogden, Mrs. Sidney G. (Edith) Bass, Mrs. Dale G. (Afton) Elison, both of Kaysville; Mrs. Lester (Melba) O'Brien, Layton and Mrs. Luella Vaughn, Las Vegas, Nev. MARY BERGER BISHOPS remarks. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Preece vacationed at Mendoka Resort on the Snake River recently. Friday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. H. Glenn Austin were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Wildinson and children of Cheyenne, Wyo. Mr. and Mrs. Clare B. Spackman were overnight guests in Logan where they attended a family reunion. Mrs. Mary Edwards and her sisters, Mrs. Donna Banks of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Vera Condor of Orem and Mrs. Maxine Wolberg of Provo, enjoyed a two day outing in a motorhome at Wanship Dam. This is an annual outing for the sisters. Dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Austin on Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Harley Allen of Charlotte, Vt. Mitch Dyson has returned from Anchorage, Alaska where he has been employed for two months. He is the husband of Judy Sanders. He and Judy will make their home in Logan and attend USU. Miss Jeri Curtis of Phoenix, Ariz. brought her sister, Janae, to enroll at BYU. Jeri spent a week with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Richardson, before returning home. Lt. Col. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Richardson entertained at a birthday dinner in honor of two grandsons, Eric Richardson of Bountiful and Scott Richardson of Kaysville on Saturday for sixteen family members. Mr. and Mrs. Lola Metcalf were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Colemere at their summer cabin in the Wasatch Mountains. Alden S. Adams is convalescing at his home after surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Preece and sons were guests in Smithfield of their son, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Preece, where they all celebrated Mrs. Vernon Preece birthday Sept. 15. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Golden Sorenson of Smithfield. Parents of Mrs. Preece. Dr. and Mrs. Vem White of Lake Oswego, Oreg. were houseguests for two days of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schofield. David and Zada Ashby and their children of Kearns, and Steven and Marsha Ashby and family of Kaysville, were Sun- day guests of Mrs. Emily Ashby. Mrs. Lorraine Bourne was hostess at a briday shower Saturday eveing in honor of Miss Pam Shaw who will marry Max Clow ard on Sept. 25. Max is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Cloward of Fruit Heights. Horne; Funeral services were held for Jack Boyd Reed. 45, of 4648 South 2475 West, Roy, who died Sept. 10. School. He engaged in farming and cattle raising and retired from Hill AFB in 1970.
