NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF DAVIS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held in Davis County School District, Davis County, State of Utah, on the 27th day of November, 1979, at which election there shall be submitted to the qualified, registered electors residing within said District, the following question, Shall the Board of Education All of Lot 52, SUBALLRED DIVISION NO. 4, a subdivision of part of Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clinton, according to the official plat thereof. of Davis County School District be authorized to maintain a state supported voted leeway program, and levy for such purpose Purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America. The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hour of 7:00 oclock A.M. and will be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of 8:00 oclock P.M. There is to be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register of voters last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Davis County will register as provided by law, at his of- fice during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and (10) except during the period immediately preceding the special election, any person eighteen (18) years of age or older who on the day ot the election will be a qualified elector. The County Clerk will make available or will cause the registration agents to make available at each of the above described polling places, a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such polling place.
