MAY 17. 1979 Kaysville East Stake Seminary Seminary commencement services for the Kaysville Utah East Stake will be at 6 p.m. May 20, at the Kaysville Utah East 2nd North Chapel, 875 East 200 North with President Clesse S. Hilton, Kaysville Awaits Elder McConkie stake president, presiding and conducting. Sunday, May 13, brought a division of the Kaysville Utah LDS Stake with Elder Bruce R. McConkie, a member of the Council of Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints, as the visiting general authority to sustain the new stake presidency, high council and clerks of each of the two stakes. THE DIVISION line was along Fairfield Road with the exception to include the Kaysville Stake Center in the newly formed Kaysville Utah Crestwood Stake. Sustained as members of the Kaysville Utah LDS Stake Presidency were: Kenneth R. Young, president; Ned B. Roueche, first counselor and Gary L. Telford, second counselor; H. Arthur John- son, executive secretary; Leland G. Stenquist, stake clerk and Glen W. Hill, Don W. Sanders and Lynn E. Page as assisting clerks. Patriarchs, Rulon B. Killian and Alan B. Blood. Richard Thieme, have been of St. Peters since September, 1977. Hyer, and Bishop Beck K. Kenneth David Sabin, 21, of Kaysville fell 120 feet to his death Wednesday, May 9, while apparently climbing in the mountains east of Lavton. KENNY WAS born April 7, 1958, m Salt Lake City, a son of Owen Carl and Patsy Valee Stander Sabin. He had been a delivery man for the Davis County School Food Service. He had lived in Kaysville all of his life, except for one year at Longmont, Colo. He attended Davis High School and was a member of the Kaysville 9th Ward.
