Mrs. Essie Thornley of Kaysville enjoyed having all of her children together for Thanksgiving dinner. They held the dinner in Salt Lake City at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Drakos with 75 descendants together for the first time in many years. Attending were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thornley, Austin, Tex.; Mr. and Mrs. Steven Willey, Fairfield, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard W. Hill Jr., Kaysville; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Burbank, Granger; Mr. and Mrs. W'ayne Stromberg, Og- den; Mr. and Mrs. Chris Drakos, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Jay Thornley, East Layton; Mr. and Mrs. Dee Wangely, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Morrison, Miss Irene Stod- - Clearfield last meeting of the Clearfield City Council, an innovative method of financing a new fire station At the was presented. vice Blackburn, president of Kaiserman Associates presented a method whereby Clearfield could have a new fire station, adequate to meet the needs of future development and the e fire possibility of a department. Mr. Blackburn proposed that Kaiserman build the fire station for the citys use, lease it to the city for a period of 20 years and at the end of that time with a small balloon payment, the station could be city property. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Storey entertained guests on Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. Weller Bishop and daughter and her friend from Seattle, Wash. That evening Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hyde and Mr. and Mrs. Don Jacobson of Kaysville joined them for a short visit.
