She is very active in community activities and serves on the board of the Senior Citizens of Davis County, for the Heritage Center, and she is a board member of the Orientation and Training Program for Volunteers to the Senior daughter Citizens of Davis County. YOSHIKA OMURA Fred Mrs. Omura, (Yoshika) 435 South 750 East, Clearfield has been named Woman of the Year by the Lakeview Business Womens Club for 1977. MRS. OMURA has been a member of the club for the past seven years and has served the club as foundation chairman, program chairman and hostess at dinner meetings. For the past two years she has hosted the summer party at her home and served retired owner of the Favorite Cleaners of Clearfield. She was in business for 192 years serving the community in which she lived. Yoshi was born in Green River, Wyoming, a daughter of K. and Tsuru Matsumoto. She was the oldest of their four children.
