LOCAL school officials have adopted the following family size and income criteria for determining eligibility. Scale A, free meals, with family size and yearly income of one child, $0 to $3,680; two, $0 to $4,830; three, $0 to 55,980; four, $0 to $7,130; five, $0 to $8,190 and six, $0 to losses are urged to apply. They may do so by filling in the application forms sent home with students in a letter to parents. are available at the principals office in ADDITIONAL copies each school. The information provided on the application will be confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility. Applications may be submitted any time during the school year. In certain cases foster children are also eligibile for these benefits. If a family has such children living with them and wishes to apply for such meals for them, they should contact the school. IN THE operation of child feeding programs, no child will be discriminated against because of his race, sex, color or national origin. Under the provisions of the policy the principal will review applications and determine eligibility. IF A additional family member $860.
