FOOLISH ADVICE Dont forget that you are of all the people who can be fooled some of the time. part -- Journal, Jacksonville. -- TIME HAS slipped by much too fast to suit Urs. He can not realize it is time to return to his home in Switzerland again. It is with mixed emotion he has to leave his superb family, Bishop and Mrs. Melvin Manning and his American brother Robert. He has grown to love and respect this family, who have contributed so much to make his stay in Utah a memorable experience, and also a year the Mannings shall always remember, as they too have grown to love Urs as their very own son. HE STATED, Robert has truly been a brother to him in every way. Their interests and hobbies were much the same and this contributed to a fine companionship as friends. 'Robert not only shared his room but also included Urs in all of his sports and activities. MR. AND Mrs. Manning as well as Robert expressed regret that the year is over and as Mrs. Manning stated, They were fortunate to get such a fine boy in their home. It was a wonderful and rewarding year for them. Urs thinks Davis High School is the greatest school anyplace, it is so unique and proves to excell above most other schools around. The month to declare pur own financial independence. . To prove this Urs said Davis has taken first place and second place in most every event this past year and they have beautiful trophies to prove it. This was exciting for him. This, he exclaimed, is why Davis is number one school in his eyes. HE LOVED the students at Davis. They are all truly out- standing and wonderful friends, also all the faculty and all those employed in any way at the school. He will truly miss them all. They all treated him super nice. At Davis High he participated in all sports, tennis, football, basketball, baseball, track etc. HE IS handsome in his brown and gold AFS sweater and is proud of it. He speaks English fluently and has been an outstanding student in his classes. He is truly an All American Boy." Since arriving in Utah last August, he said he has traveled more than any time Prudential Federal Savings is offering 15 gifts for savings.
