(Mickey) Spencer at the McKay hospital. She is their third daughter and they have one boy. Her parents have decided that her name will be Keri. Welcoming the little six pound eleven ounce bundle of joy to the family home was sister Tricia, and Tina, and little brother Kerk. She also has several happy grandparents who are Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Mitchell of Clinton, and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Spencer of Syracuse. The happy father had gone to Rexburg, Ida. to work in the Teton Dam area, when the little new one decided to make her appearance. It was also a baby daughter for Mr. and Mrs. Kim C. Tovey, of 1074 West Bluff Road, in Syracuse. This is their sixth child, and fourth daughter. She arrived weighing seven pounds and two ounces. And her parents barely made it to the hospital, as she arrived only minutes after their arrival. The family have decided that her name will be Debra. The happy little sisters are Shauna, Michelle, and Christine, and brothers Scott and David are happy to have her join them. The little girl has the following grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Sanford, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Tovey, all of Bountiful, Ut. Mr. and Mrs. George Michael Hamblin of 2013 El-de- June Nuptials Taking her place among the late June brides- is the new Mrs. Richard S. Younger who was the former Miss Jamie Layton, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel E. Layton, of 2048 West Gentile St., Layton. is a MR. YOUNGER grandson of George 0. Hardman of 1158 Porter Ave., Ogden.
