Communication Site Plans govern the size of the electronic site, types of uses allowed at the site, numbers and types of facilities allowed, and environmental considerations related to site management (aesthetics, wildlife habitat, etc). In addition, the Plan will address access needs for the sites, limits on future expansion and technical electronic site management criteria.
