Jeri Lee Gonzales, Kim Coates, both of Layton; DelAnn England, Salt Lake; and Billie Jo Rico of Moroni: three nieces and five nephews; grandmother, Edna Coates. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill Coates and Dewey and Della Scow. Interment will be in the Moroni Cemetery. for Utah State Employees Credit Union. He was an active member of the LDS Church in all priesthood organizations. He served as 1st counselor to bishop in Murray 8th Ward. He served as an LDS Temple worker in Manti for over two years.
