HE WAS born June 17, 1910, in Hooper, a son of William Joseph and Alice Kirkman Edwards Sr. He married Tessie Woolsey Aug. 17, 1927 in Farmington. SHE WAS a charter member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers West Weber Camp. Surviving are two sons and one daughter. Lisle R. Green. Riverside, Calif.; Max C. Green. Kane County, a daughter of George William and Mary Elizabeth Hoyt Hicks. She married Ammon Green Jr. Sept. 2. 1914 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died May 31. 1936. SHE TAUGHT school from 1910 to 1912, and had worked with the school lunch program. She had also worked for Hill Air Force Base during World War II. She was reared in Orderville, Utah, and lived in West Weber from 1914 to 1932. then moved to Clearfield. She has resided in Syra- cuse since 1982. SHE ATTENDED schools in Orderville and attended high one son. FUNERAL services were held Saturday at Lindquist's Clearfield Mortuary with Bishop John Gibb of the Syracuse 1st Ward offi- ciating. SHE WAS born Oct. 30, 1917 in Evanston, Wyo., a daughter of William and Bertha Robinson Hutchinson. William Thompson William Blaine Thompson, 7 , of Layton, died Friday, Nov. 22, 1985 at the McKay-De- e Hospital in cancer. of Ogden 1 HE WAS born July 26, 1914 in Garland, the son of James Joseph and Mary Lucetta Shumway Thompson. Mr. Thompson married Geniel Brough Welling May 29, 1946, in the Logan LDS Temple. HE WAS a Garland native, edu- cated at Bear River High School. He was in the U.S. Army and Air 1941-6He served in many locations in the United States and abroad, and enjoyed traveling and meeting people. IN 1963 he retired from the U.S. Air Force and returned to Utah to live in Garland. He moved to Ogden in 1971 and to Lavton in Force from 1972. He was a High Priest in the Layton 7th Ward and had served in many church capacities in many locations around the world. He served a North Central States Mis In recent years sion from 1935-3his church activities were curtailed because of rheumatoid arthritis. SURVIVING are his widow of Layton, one son and three daughters; Mrs. Gale (Cheryl) Jensen, Centerville; Mrs. Gary (Marlene) Hart, Seattle, Wash.; Dee Blaine Thompson, Idaho Falls, Ida.: Mrs. Richard (Barbara Anne) Todd.
