Show Moon brothers shining over Weber basketball By KEITH DUNCAN Two former Davis High basketball players, Greg and Scott Moon, never did get a chance to play on the same team in high school. But now the two brothers have finally teamed up together and are setting the nets afire. THE BROIHER combination comes from Farmington and today they are the talk of the Weber State Wildcat junior varsity basketball team. On Friday of last week they combined to help Weber State crush Utah State s JV squad In that game Scott chipped in 13 points and had seven assists. 90-6- 5. THEN THE following night in Ogden, the two brothers exploded for a combined total of 5 points. The older Greg hit Oof 22 shots Irom the field and 5 of 6 from the line for 31 points. He tended a cat and a dog for vacationing neighbors. He has participated in snow shoveling and weeding service projects. The night before the alumni game, all former players who played under Gardner are invited to a celebration roast to honor the retired coach. The celebration will begin at 7 p.m. and the roast at 8 p.m. all of which will be conducted in the school cafeteria.
