He had served in many positions, including scoutmaster, was a stake missionary and as ward clerk and historical clerk. are his widow of Fruit Heights, two sons and four daughters, William E. Moyes, Jay Allen Wheeler, age 21, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 1984 at St. Benedict's Hospital of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, who died Saturday, Sept. 15, 1984 at the Humana Davis North Hospital in Layton of a heart attack. MR. MOYES was born Feb. 3. 1918 in Eden, Ariz., a son of Joseph and Anna Missilvia Plumb Moyes. He married Edna Lenora Olsen on June 17, 1942 in the Logan LI)'' Temple. HE LIVED in Pima, Ariz. for 19 years. He had lived in San Francisco, Calif, for eight years, Logan and Oxford, Ida. three years: New Plymouth and Ririe, Ida. eight years. He had lived in Layton one r year before moving to Fruit Heights for 21 years. He attended school in Bryce and Pima, Ariz. and attended Gila Junior College in Arizona. He received his bachelor of science degree and masters degree from Utah State University in sociology. HE HAD taught school in the Layton-Kaysvill- e area for several years. At the time of his death he was teaching at King School in Layton. Isabel Tucker Stokes of South HE WAS born October 24, 1962 in Tremonton, a son of Bryan F. and Renae N. Stokes Wheeler, He had lived in Snowville, Ut., until he was 12 years of age. He lived in South Ogden three years, one year in Sparks, Nev., and had two sisters, Joseph William Moyes, Fillmore; Mrs. Elizabeth M. Lauritzen, Brigham City and Beulah Lauritzen, Phoenix, Ariz. FUNERAL was under the direc- tion of Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary. Bishop David E. Adams II officiated at the funeral services. Family prayer was by Michael J. SHE WAS born Dec. 14, 1909, in Springville, a daughter of George Albert and Hannah Lenora Childs Weight. She married Donald O. Stevens on April 8, 1933 in Price. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. SHE HAD been a school teacher Nebo, Granite and Davis County School Districts for 34 years.
