FAVORITE RECIPE Mary Anderson with Trevor 4, Kendra 10 months and Spencer 5, will enjoy a bowl of cream of broccoli soup or some days it might be made with cauliflower. Which ever it is, it is always delicious and a favorite of the family. There are also easy to make tuna burgers and Mary shares a recipe for buttermilk scones, so good with honey butter. THE CREAM soup can be made with either the broccoli or cauliflower. Mary says that the family also likes it with asparagus, when that is available, she sometimes adds a bit of carrot slices or even corn. Perhaps if you have a bit of leftover cooked meat or chicken, add that. She sometimes uses the broccoli tops in a salad and the stalks in the soup. The tuna burgers are so easy but a family favorite, served on but- tered hamburger buns and then baked, to a toasty brown.
