OCR Text	Show SPECIAL MEETING the board of county commissioners met in special session friday july all members and clerk being present resolutions were passed levying a 14 1 4 mill pauper tax 2 mills on horses and cattle 4 mills on sheep for county 4 mills for schools also a 3 5 mill road tax was levied on all property in willard and three mile file creek precincts this money Is for use in assisting to construct a state road from hot springs to brigham ham the state stale board of equalization met with the county commissioners for the purpose of considering several matters
