The fu'l l's already heen built to the base of Dry Canyon ridge ;r,j ;t i's thought that the work today will carry the trail to the Middle from which point the mountain climbers may go fret' to the glacier and then to the summit, or reach the sum- lit without going to the glacier. Plans for the official opening of the trail have not yet been completed but will be in a few days. it is intended to advertise it far and wide and have Governor tarvnd other prominent state officials present. In as much as neither Salt Lake nor Pleasant Grove were holding any celebra-Itiou celebra-Itiou on Pioneer Day, it has been suggest d that this would be an excellent time for the opening. |
