The bomb was found by Leo Simmon who notified police after the sanitation department refused to have anything to do with it. After the bomb was soaked in oil, it was turned over to the army ordinance center in Brooklyn for thorough study of its contents. DAUGHTER PRACTICES UNDER FATHER . . .
