to report that in connection with the city superintendent in of schoola they have examined the books presented by the different pub this lubing houses for adoption by labor and and board with wilh erection of the jackson school building is and the highest bid is and the average of elevation bids is we recommend that the plans and specifications ficat ions be modified so as to reduce the cost to say and ask for authority to for a period of five days adopted WATER MAINS EXTENSION it was decided to petition the city council for the extension ex of water mains on seventh west street to the franklin school BAST BENCH SCHOOL SITE M baldwin moved that the committee on sites and buildings negotiate fur for a site on the east bench near fourth or fifth south on twelfth east pike and newman
