BUILDINGS jacob weller offered to sell to the board a lot adjoining the present school grou grounds ads in district no 3 8 for committee on sites peter sinclair offered to lease to the board two large rooms on seventh south at a rental of 50 per mouth month committee on sites adam spiers a representative of the tenth ward ecclesiastical organization offered to sell to the board the lot jot ad adjoining 0 ining 1 the school site in the tenth wl byard a r d with the building thereon for committee on sites A BUILDING RENTED the committee on sites recommended that the use of the school building used in north salt lake be discontinued the committee reported that arrangements had been completed with albert davis for a building in campo campos s lane west of the river for for the ten months ending june 30 1892 OTHER BUILDINGS SECURED the brlek dwelling in earl sr robe ets ts addition on the east side of the jordan haj had been secured for for ten months ending june 80 1892 A frame building in folcomer Fol comes addition had bad also been secured on the same game terms the committee recommended that the offer for the leasing of the hooper building be accepted adopted THE BOARDS FINANCES the committee on finance reported that it bad no further information in regard to the sale of bonds in reference to the loan of previously reported upon the committee i represented that having to pay interest on the full amount from september 1 and not needing to draw the full amount fur sixty days it bad deemed it advisable to arrange to take up the loan made for and thereby save paying double interest on the amount and should it need that sum later on it could get it on the same terms A resolution providing for the taking u up p of the loan accompanied the report and was adopted it is as folo follow wp resolved that the utah title trust ia insurance company be and they are hereby authorized to take up the warrants of the board numbers 1593 to 1671 both inclusive amounting to now held by the state bank of Uta hand band bold the same subject to the redemption by the treasurer of this board as soon as he shall have funds on hand sufficient fo for r this purpose and that this amount shall te be paid by said company out of the arranged for said warrants have been stamped by the paid stamp of the state bank of utah and can cancelled celled by a them baem and
