The Capitols senate and house chambers and adjacent meeting rooms will be the scene of the streamline conference, sponsored by the Salt Lake Safety Council and The Salt Lake Tribune. Some 100 student body leaders from most Utah high schools are expected to participate, according to Steve Burdette, Highland Il'gh School, president of this years meeting Registration will be from 8 to 8:45 am. at the House of Representative chambers. After a welcome address by Gov. Calvin L. Rampton, the students will be divided into eight discussion groups where the major portion of the wwk wall take place. In these gioups, the students will air problems m various traffic-relate- d areas and draw' recommendations. Teen-ager- The recommendations from the eight groups will be compiled and announced to the entire conference at 12 :30 p m. A connumber of recommendations made in previous teen-ag- e ference have become Utah law. Officers for next years conference and award winners will be made during a 2 pm. luncheon at the Ambassador Club. Two magnetic traffic testing boards will be piesented to schools which made good follow-uefforts after last years Conference.
