American designers present the first week, beginning Sunday The New York Couture Group showings begin July 5. - Romantically pretty. Sexy. Swingy, Schoolgirlish. Anyway, skirts are short Some, any shorter, theyd be kilts. So certainly legs are in the spotlight , . . . . Necklines Plunging . Necklines are still plunging, and bosoms are being bared.
