The lovely home built by Mr. and Mrs. R. O. Koepp is just this a home built to serve their needs and satisfy their tastes. This striking home can be found nestled in the foothills at 4225 Parkview Dr. (3519 E.) and it was designed so that existing oak brush was used to complement the house and give it a feehng of privacy. SPECIAL features that the Koepps particularly wanted in their home were an entry with slate flooring continuing through the den and dining room area; large living room with floor to ceiling windows affording full views of city and garden; separate dressing room off a large master bathroom which incidentally was designed with a large sunken tub as requested by Mrs. Koepp, and wherever possible floor to ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding landscaping.
