Show Parade Is On Tap At Frost GRANGER. Students at Robert Frost elementary will take part in the school's annual Halloween costume parade tomorrow (Friday) and parents are being invited to watch A maturation program for all fifth and PAINTS sixth grade girls and their mothers will be held at 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 6. Sixth grade students are being invited to participate in a cake decorating contest.
