Let rise higher than bread and then roll out to 4 inch thickness. Cut with a 2 inch cutter and let rise Brush with beaten egg white and (if at Easter time) snip with scissors to make a cross in the bun, but do it carefully so the dough does not fall. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees and frost with powdered sugar icing while still hot.
